Rodent control for the whole farmstead

We do rodents, and the work that keeps them out. Each building is its own job, and each gets its own line in the written plan.

  • Grain bins

The roof, the doors, the base and the ground around the pad, for bin sites of any size.

  • Barns and feed rooms

Livestock barns, feed rooms and tack rooms, without moving an animal.

  • House and shop

The farmhouse, the shop and the sheds, so the sealed barn doesn't push them somewhere else.

Our method

Seal first, then trap or bait where it's needed

Trapping without sealing is bailing a boat with the plug out. We find the openings first and close them with steel mesh, sheet metal and sealant that rodents can't chew through.

  • A walk-through of every building, outside first

  • A written plan with each opening listed

  • Steel mesh and metal over foam alone

  • Traps and locked stations only where the walk shows a need

  • A follow-up check to see if anything is still getting in

What we don't do

Where our work stops

If it isn't rodents, we say so on the phone and don't send a truck.

  • Insects in the grain

Stored-grain insects and fumigation are different work with their own rules.

  • Birds, bats and wildlife

We don't remove wildlife, and we won't seal an animal in.

  • Termites and wood-destroying insects

A different license and a different crew.
